Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy and Go Physical Therapy are partnering to provide outpatient physical and occupational therapy services at 10130 S 222nd Street, Gretna, NE.
Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy, known as HETRA, and Go Physical Therapy welcomed the community for a Ribbon Cutting sponsored by the Gretna Area Chamber of Commerce on February 24, 2016. We would like to thank the Chamber for their support!
The strategic partnership creates a new opportunity to provide additional services to meet the needs of the local community while expanding the services currently offered at HETRA. “This location is open to anyone in the community seeking physical and occupational therapy. It provides multiple therapy services in one location”, says Edye Godden, HETRA’s Executive Director. “The Ethan Falk Therapy Gym allows HETRA participants to integrate traditional clinic therapy goals into a holistic and non-traditional clinic setting.”
HETRA’s mission is to improve the quality of life both physically and emotionally of adults and children with disabilities through equine assisted activities. With 27 years of experience serving individuals with a wide range of disabilities, HETRA offers programming in Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy, Miniature horse camps, a Life Skills Program, and a program serving military Veterans.
Go Physical Therapy has been operating at 181st and Q since 2006. Brian Brunken specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
