 ) who are ready to work with increasing independence and less supervision.
  Participants will develop both hard and soft job skills\, including task 
 completion\, time management\, communication\, and collaboration. Work tak
 es place in a hands-on environment that may include barn work\, yard and g
 arden tasks\, and project-based activities.\n\nParticipants will receive a
  certificate of completion at the end of the program and may be eligible f
 or a HETRA job reference.
