Summer Workforce Readiness (4 Weeks)

Session 1 - June 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, July 1-2

The Summer Workforce Apprenticeship program meets twice weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sessions are held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with flexible arrival between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM.

This program is designed for individuals (14+) who are ready to work with increasing independence and less supervision. Participants will develop both hard and soft job skills, including task completion, time management, communication, and collaboration. Work takes place in a hands-on environment that may include barn work, yard and garden tasks, and project-based activities.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program and may be eligible for a HETRA job reference.
