Fill out HETRA's paperwork including the physician form. The physician form will need to be downloaded printed off and provided to your primary physician to sign. Our registrar will get a hold of you to schedule a time for an evaluation once all paperwork has been turned in.

Once a month HETRA hosts public tours that are set up for prospective participants. These tours are during sessions hours and conducted by one of HETRA's therapists. This is a great chance to find out if HETRA is a good fit for you and/or your family.
