Individual Opportunities

Instructor AssistantIn this role, you'll support instructors by setting up and taking down equipment in the arena before, during, and after sessions. This can include retrieving toys and equipment as needed and helping with various games and activities that participants enjoy.

Side WalkerSession volunteers are a vital link of communication between instructors and participants. Volunteers work with participants to provide emotional, educational, and physical support throughout the session. No prior experience required!

Groomer/TackerThis role offers you the chance to work alongside our dedicated Barn Leader and support the care of our incredible therapy horses. You will play a role in ensuring our horses are well-groomed and ready for their therapeutic sessions.

Horse LeaderA skilled horse leader is creating a safe and enriching environment for both horses and riders. Our horse leaders meet the diverse needs of every session, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. We have three levels of horse leaders: blue, gold and platinum.

GreeterOur greeters play a crucial role in enhancing the experience for participants, volunteers, visitors, and prospective participants. With a smile and an open heart, they warmly welcome everyone and provide personalized assistance, guiding each guest to their desired destination with ease.

Barn MaintenanceA tidy barn is essential for the overall hygiene and safety of herd. Our barn maintenance volunteers assist with duties such as stall cleaning, sweeping, cleaning waterers, and outdoor facility maintenance.

Property maintenance for over 20 acres and 25 horses is no small task! Whether you're part of a corporate team, community organization, or school group. We invite groups of all sizes to roll up their sleeves and join us in enhancing the beauty and safety of our facility. From landscaping to grooming spaces for our horses, there is plenty of work to be done, and we can't do it without you! Join us for a fulfilling day of community service and leave with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you've played a part in enriching the lives of both our four-legged friends and the participants who rely on them.
