Donating an Auction Item

We simply cannot do it without you, our generous community and donors.

This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate our 35th Anniversary at HETRA! This is our largest in-person, signature event featuring a silent and live auction, barbecue dinner, meet and greet with the HETRA horses, wine toss, and more. With nearly 600 people in attendance, your generous donation will leave an impact on our participants and patrons.

We are seeking a variety of items that may include gift certificates, baskets showcasing your product-line or services, and those one-of-a-kind experiences for live auction. We are also seeking wine and alcohol donations for our “wine toss” and “barrel of booze” packages. Deadline for Auction Items are due Friday, April 12th.

Proceeds from Blue Jeans and Dreams directly support our Participant Sponsorship Fund. HETRA has never turned away any participant based on financial need or inability to pay, thanks to donors like you! We thank you for your consideration and look forward to having you join us in supporting our mission.
